refunds & exchanges
We are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items. Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.

+Our policy lasts 10 days after the mail carrier has marked the package delivered to your specified shipping address. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
+To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
+Please note that items that are personalized or custom in nature may not be returned for any reason other than a mistake made on our end. Our return policy also prohibits the return of gift cards. Any item purchased with a gift card can be returned for shop credit only.
+To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

how long will my order take?
2-3 business days if in stock! 15-20 business days if casting is required. Each and every item is handmade by Redferne Designs, so please allow time for your product to be created. Please note any shipping time purchased is completely separate. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made & sent.
can i personalize my item?
If you are purchasing a product that offers personalization with initials, dates etc. all info and details should be written in the 'note to seller' box when checking out. For completely customized orders please contact us first.

All sales are final. Please read the items description COMPLETELY before checking out. Refunds will only be made if your item does not reflect the picture and description shown. Contact us if you have any problems with your product.
